Hello!

Today I have a a pretty card to share, playing along with the Color Dare Challenge Blog.

Why don’t you join me!

This week’s challenge is to use these three colors.

I only have Lagoon in my stash, but I was able to come close to Periwinkle & Bluebird with two alcohol markers.

Here’s the card I created. I hope ya like it!

Here’s a photo of most of the supplies.

Let’s make a card 😁

You’ll need a top folding card base, white card stock, edge dies, and strip dies.

Take two panels that are 4 1/4″ wide and use an edge die on each one to cut a pretty edge.

Take those panels and emboss them with whatever folder you like, leaving the pretty edge OUTSIDE of the embossing folder.

Now on some more white card stock, color a wide path of Periwinkle and Bluebird alcohol marker…or if you have card stocks in those colors use those.

Die cut strips and florals from your colored card stocks. I had Lagoon cardstock so I didn’t need to color any. I also cut a few floral pieces from black glitter card stock.

Cover a piece of white cardstock in adhesive (I used Miracle Tape) and add your colored strips, on the diagonal.

Trim to a strip wide enough for your chosen sentiment. Center this on the card base.

Now get those pretty embossed panels. Add them to the card front with foam adhesive for a little dimension, leaving room in between them for your sentiment. I used a sentiment strip.

Add your florals as shown, gluing them all down flat.

Add some bling. I used confetti from Trinity Stamps.
