Today I’d like to share a tag with you.
The base is a heavy mixed media tag from Michael’s. My local store clearance them out and they were 10 in a pack for a buck! I bought a few packs. They aren’t quite as heavy as the Stampers Anonymous Et Cetera tags but they are pretty heavy. I love the way this turned out.
I covered the tag with Collage Tissue paper (Ranger/Tim Holtz). Inked with a little Kitsch Flamingo Oxide Ink. I used some modeling paste through a stencil and then added Embossing Glaze (Salvaged Patina).
I let it dry for a small while and then heated it. If you heat the modeling paste before it’s completely dry, it will puff up. So I let it dry for awhile and then heated it, because I wanted it to puff up a little bit.
The metal gear, bling, word charm, stitched fabric piece, and dress form are all from Tim Holtz. The flowers are just random from the stash.
Added some Dew Drops, sequins, and an old metal button from my stash.
