Today I have a fun card to share with you.
I made this card using more goodies from the July 2022 card kit from Spellbinders. I’ve gotten so much mileage from this kit and I’ve maybe used half of it.
I’m sorry, I forgot to take a pic of the supplies!
So grab yourself a card base, your July 2022 card kit (or some patterned paper and card stock ya like), and some white card stock.
Cut a panel of card stock to cover the entire card front. Cut your patterned paper to allow a wide border of the colored card stock. Do the same with a panel of white. (I used Waffle Flower layering dies for this, skipping 2 dies in between each panel.)
On the white panel, stamp and emboss two of the flamingo floats as shown. I did this using Distress Oxides and Distress Embossing Glaze.
Stamp and emboss a third float in another color and cut out.
Add to the white panel between the other two floats.
Add the layers to your card front.
Stamp “miss you” on the card front using the same color as the middle float.
Stamp “wish you were here” and another float inside the card, using the same color as the outside sentiment.
Add some bling, and you’re done.
