Today I have a small art journal page to share with you.
When I say SMALL, I’m not joking😁😂🤣
This little page measures a mere 4×4″
As usual, I started with a base of heavy paper (it’s either watercolor paper or heavy sketch paper) and added some old book paper. I added some Distress Oxide Inks using a water brush as well.
Once that was all dry, I pulled out a Tim Holtz stencil and inked over the entire page using Mermaid lagoon Oxide Ink. Ahhhh I love this color so much!
I then went around the edge of the page with black Gelato and blended it using my finger. Added a little stamping on the background using Archival Ink.
I then die cut a butterfly from black glitter cardstock, because, WHY NOT. I backed the butterfly with a scrap of patterned paper, added some sequins, and added the words. I like this page!
