Hello everybody ๐Ÿ˜

Welcome to yet another fall card featuring these adorable Lawn Fawn dies.

I might be a bit obsessed.

I’m once again playing along with the Color Dare Challenge blog.

This week’s challenge is another tic tac toe.

I chose the top row- so Harbour, Shortbread, and Scarlet…well the closest things in my stash.

I used Uncharted Mariner for Harbour, cause I didn’t have any paper even remotely close. Distress Ink to the rescue!

So let’s get crackin’!

First, ink up a piece of white card stock with Uncharted Mariner Distress Ink (if ya don’t have Harbour or something close to it).

Cut out all of the dies- happy fall, apples, leaves, bow, basket and its trim.

Cut the bow, some leaves, and happy fall from your inked paper. Cut happy fall again from black and also from the inked paper.

You should end up with a pile of fun something like this.

I know right! ๐Ÿ˜

Cut ‘happy’ from the back die cut and ‘fall’ from the inked die cut, and layer them onto the shortbread (cream colored) die cut.

Now take some Black Soot Distress Ink and ink up the edges of your apples.

This really makes them pop!

ย

Ink the basket and then add the detail layer. Fill with apples.

Now it’s time to get the card front panels on.

Cut a pice of card stock to fit the front with a small border. This card is 5×7, so the panel is 4 3/4 x 6 3/4′. Put it on the card front.

Now use a fall leaf embossing folder and emboss some shortbread ย card stock. Trim and place on the card. Add some cute trim along the bottom edge.

Now start adding your fabulous die cuts. Happy fall at the top of the embossed panel, basket of apples at the bottom.

Trail some leaves down from the end of ‘fall’. Add an apple and some leaves around the basket.

Assemble the bow and add it to the basket, too.

You can stop here, because tis is one CUTE card, but I added some sequins.
