Hey homies, welcome back.

Today I have a 12×12 scrapbook page to share with you.

We went to Golf N Gator with our friends and their grandsons.

It’s mini golf and a small zoo of sorts. The animals are rescues.

We had a lot of fun. This was our first time meeting the kids and we had a great time with them.

There’s a whole lot gong on here, but the page was pretty easy to put together.

I used the In Full Bloom collection from Close to My Heart, and did some die cutting on the Silhouette Cameo.

I cut the white page down to 11×11″ and rounded the corners. Put some scraps behind it peeking out and roughed them up a bit. Then I placed the entire thing onto a 12×12″ sheet of patterned paper.

Because Close to My Heart paper has s white core, sometimes I like to sand it and bring the white out.

The border was cut on the Cameo, and lightly sanded. Same with the tab.

The title was cut on the Cameo, too. It’s a month banner that cuts the word out of the banner. I di an offset for the banner in black. I like the way it turned out.

All the tags were cut with Sizzix dies, and since they were being tucked behind the photo mat I was able to use scraps.

Here’s a shot of the page almost finished.

And the finished page.

I’m putting it into a white frame and giving it to my friends this weekend.
