Today I have an art journal page to share with you. I hope you like it.
This page is watercolor paper approx 5×7″.
This came together pretty quickly.
First, get that Gelli Plate out. Choose a couple of Distress oxide inks and apply them to the plate. Spray generously with water, and take a print with your watercolor paper. Dry with heat tool. Do as many layers as it takes to make you happy, drying in between.
Spritz lightly with Distress Spray Stain.
Grab a stencil and whatever white media you have. I used a white Gelato but you could us ink, gesso, white paint, etc. Do a little random stenciling on the page.
Add your white embellishments.
These die cuts were made on the Silhouette Cameo.
Add a tiny kraft paper tag (this one was cut on the Cameo), a little metallic string, and words of your choice. The words on this page are from an OLLLDDDD Cosmo Cricket sticker sheet.
For a final touch I made some random marks with a white paint pen.
