Hello, happy summer!
Today I have a darling card using the lemon background stamp from Hero arts & the cute little lemon from Lawn Fawn. Most of the things one they card are from a The Scraproom card kit.
Here’s most of the supplies-
Ok grab some yellow paper (patterned or solid, this is patterned and is from the kit). Stamp and emboss the Hero Arts background with white embossing powder.
Once it cools, add a little color. I used alcohol markers and only colored in a few images.
Trim down and and add to white card.
Now create a shaker.
This shaker was created from the card kit, but you could easily duplicate this, especially if you have an electronic die cutter. Place your shaker on the card front.
Stamp two lemons onto the same paper as your background was stamped on. Give one lemon face and add your two lemons to the card front.
Add your sentiment over the shaker. I simply die cut “hi”.
For no nekkid insides I stamped “you’re the zest” inside and cut out an image from my background left overs & added it to the inside.
Supplies-
- card base, adhesives, trimmer, scissors, heat tool
- black stamping ink
- embossing ink & white embossing powder
- yellow patterned paper or card stock
- coloring tools (I used markers)
- shaker materials
- sentiment (mine is die cut) for the card front
